Yesterday ESEA announced the addition of NiP and VeryGames to their European League. Two more invites have been announced today by ESEA to make four teams out of a potential twelve. Today ESEA announced that joining NIP and VeryGals will be none other than the Germany ESWC underdogs n!faculty and the Polish 1.6 side ESC Gaming. With only four teams announced so far, the level of competition is immense and will only get better as the league seems to pick up steam.
The ESEA League will feature a $36,000 prize purse and 24 teams. 12 teams from Europe and 12 teams from USA will compete in their respective leagues. The top four from each of the two regional leagues will advance into the LAN playoffs, that will be hosted in Dallas, Texas.
Eleven of the twelve European teams will be directly invited while the twelfth and final team will be decided through a vote at ESEA's own website. The invited teams for the US division will be revealed once the ESEA Season 12 LAN Playoffs are over.
